Was Sent a POS Refurbished Used TV for Warranty Replacement

The more I think about it these *** need to send me $250 if they want me to keep this used broken down POS TV they sent me as warranty replacement! I bought a NEW TV, not USED! If I wanted used I would have bought used! I didn't, I bought NEW!!! 2.5 months *** around with these *** and they do this! Why hasn't a Class Action Lawsuit been started against these *** What has to be done to start 1??? User's recommendation: SAVE UR $$$$$$!!!
