Purchased 5 $500. Cards sent to my daughter for her to pay for airline ticket. She redeemed cards, only to find someone else has cards in a safe. I have receipt for cards and believe I have been Scammed. Called customer, service to learn who redeemed cards, Ask to speak to a supv. Who continued repeating a set response, and wouldn't let me speak. Would apprecia a resolution. 1st time Reloadit user very dissatified. Believe scam took place by Reloadit personnel.
