Out of the blue my Samsung tablet would not boot up. I contacted the repair service and was told it was under warranty. I went to great effort to ship it to their repair service center with the original receipt only to be told that they voided the warranty due to water damage and were sending it back unrepaired. My tablet has never been anywhere near water. I am certain that if there was water contact it happened in the repair shop as an excuse for not making the repair. I have made my last Samsung purchase. User's recommendation: Avoid Samsung. Their warranty is worthless.
