On 8/23/2021 I bought out a lease at Baxter auto on 180th & Dodge in Omaha Nebraska on a Pacifica. The finance person had my wife and I sign a contract that he never told me about. He did it electronically and said just sign these 5 boxes. When we got home we realized that he signed us up for a 3 year warranty for $3118.00 for 30, 000 miles and he made us sign another one that is called a Three-in-one extended warranty that was $620.00 dollars. And we found out we have to pay an extra $288.00 on sales tax for these extra warranties. That is over $4, 000 dollars. Ouch! We talked to them about this and they extended the warranty up to 75, 000 miles. But nothing on the three-in-one $620. My name is Dan Bennett [protected]
