I have a Stretched timing Chain in my 2013 F150, which has also lead to other problems, that your company says they will not fix, even though it's well under the mileage required, but past the date, but my warranty says its for 5 years AND/OR 100000 km, and when this started to be a problem my truck only had about 85000 km on it, I Thought Your Company Motto was/is, Quality is Job One. User's recommendation: Don't buy a Ford, if this is the quality and service you get.
