The pitcher and the personal cups are leaking when I use them. Not sure why. I tried to call and got a representative who was very hard to understand and was having a hard time understanding me. Finally after 30+ minutes of frustration they said my one year warranty didn't cover my issue. I'm glad I bought it through Amazon and have their insurance. Ok probably will think twice before buying another ninja product because of this experience. User's recommendation: Bewsre of their "warranty" and customer service.
