Warnig empty promises
1
Put all car info into their website which stated that afterwards I would receive an instant quote on an extended warrenty. After inputting all info, nothing happened. I called their toll free number and Eric answered saying: we're extremely busy because the phones have been ringing off the hook all morning. I reminded him that the website states that a quote would be given after inputting info, NO REPLY. After quoting me a plan for over $4000 I told him I would think about it and call him Monday. Silence from his end. He then asked if there was anything else I needed to know ? I replied, why didn't the system give me a quote after I put all the info into their website? Eric's reply: I don't know why, I just answer the phones.!! " so much for the so called professional representative of CarChex. The company that is supposed to be recommended... Folks be careful of ALL these companies online. Get all promises in writing, don't rely on some fast, smooth talking salesman that says they are the best/product company out here. Well, that alone makes me reconsider. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING before you agree, or pay or sign anything..YOU been warned!!!.
