money disappeared from my account- trying to reach itrade by phone, email, secure message+ facebook for 1 month. Yet to be able to connect with a person. I never wait more than 3 hrs on phone before giving up. by far the worst discount trading firm in canada, and making no effort at all to change that User's recommendation: stay the *** away from itrade.
