I have had Kemper for 2 years and never had an issue until I was involved in an accident. Since then which is currently today 1 month since the accident. I have not heard anything from the adjuster. I have called more than 50xs to attempt to get information and i get the same response. Adjuster not available, and it will be escalated. Ive called at all times of the day and nothing. Consumers be for-warned that this company is garbage and will not attend to you when you need them. User's recommendation: So mot go with Kemper to save a buck.
