I bought 4 charms just before Christmas. 2 charms were duplicates as she has 3 bracelets. I took back the 2 charms for an exchange. Since it was passed the 30 days, the store at The Greene in Dayton Ohio would not exchange them so I called Pandora Consumer Affairs Dept. They would do the exchange, no problem!! User's recommendation: Be aware of the exchange policy - different at each store.
