I booked a wine tour in the Finger Lakes in NY via TripAdvisor. While I was paying for this there wasnt an option to put in a discount code from Viator. After a confirmation was received I noticed that this was a Viator event. So I called Viator to have the discount applied and I was told it can not be done after the fact. This is disappointing because first, I didnt even know this was a victor event because it was not labeled so I did ad the discount code. I feel this company should honor our discount.
