I received a book from handyman that i did not order also with an invoice for 27.51 to pay i called and told the gorl i did not order it an wished to return it.i was surprised when she told me to keep it and disregard the invoice and she would note on my account to not send me any more without a approval first.was happy with experience expecting a lot of hassle.
