I tried for 5 days to find a phone number where I could actually speak to a live person and I just kept getting the run around with pushing buttons. I did get it resolved, I thought. But then yesterday I got a collection notice. I'll be calling the number listed on it, and hopefully it won't result in any problems with my credit score. If it does affect my credit score, I'll be calling you again. Thank you, Becky Hayob Beckyhayob74@***.com
