I am in the United States and trying to purchase a television for my sister. I put in the proper information and after submitting my card information. Not long after I get a text stating that my purchase was decline. This as been going on for the same purchase over 3 weeks now.hhuu User's recommendation: I would not recommend to someone purchasing from another country. Its very difficult to get through with your purchase.
