I contacted floryday to ask for a refund. They asked me for all the imfomation they needed for me to get a refund. So I gave them what they wanted. They then sent me a email. Stating that as soon as they received the items that I wanted a refund for I would then get the refund. But they didn't give me the address I needed to send back the items. So I tried everything to find a way to contact them to ask for the address, to no avail. So as you can imagine I'm very frustrated & angry angry!!!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't bother.
