Purchased tickets for a show in Manhattan, which was cancelled due to covid-19. They would not issue a refund. Talk about taking advantage of people during a pandemic. They kept the money and are issuing credits. Who knows when Broadway will open again. I had purchased other tickets during March, April and May and every one of the companies refunded the money without even making a phone call. BUYER BEWARE User's recommendation: Do not use this service they are taking advantage of a health crisis to keep your money.
