Want refund for the Subscription

Hello studypool team, I am Ruchin Patel. I have subscribed to your service for questions related one of my study related course. When I saw that your website was claiming that you have the answers for that document then I immediately purchased that but unfortunately after purchase the answers were not there, it was just showing me the same question. So, I want my full refund As Soon As possible, and when I tried to cancel my subscription it says that it will take up to 72 hours to process my payment. But when I checked in in my bank account it was already debited. So, I can not afford losing this much money. Please reply me ASAP and give me my full refund. Please. Regards, Ruchin Patel. User's recommendation: Don’t buy the subscription, they don’t have answers.
