Want my money for returned items

I have sent items back twice. Once to Woman Within in December 2020 and June 14, 2021 to Roamans and never getting money for the returns. I ve tried reaching to both of through calls and emails and never get anyone to answer. I'm on a fixed income and need my money back. Please help me to understand why I can't get my money back. They claimed the one December was never received and this one is $43.77 for June. I will never order from either one again. Woman Within and Roamans
