I ordered a bracelet almost 4 weeks ago and have received NOTHING! I received an initial email from Prana Heart stating they were getting my order ready to be shipped. A couple of weeks later I got another email thanking me for my patience, as they were really busy and would ship my order soon. I have emailed customer service numerous times...crickets. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and encourage others who have been scammed out of their money to do the same. I want a full refund! Do NOT purchase anything from this company!!!
