Waiting 9 months for refund

Our flight was cancelled due to travel caps Australia currently has. The two airlines we were due to fly with have refunded the money to Kiwi and they have not refunded the money to us. I have requested a refund and paid for priority service. I have messaged multiple times with no response. I have tried to call with no answer. I have attempted to speak to their legal team with no response. Do not book with kiwi. They are extremely unreliable. They have also lied about not receiving funds from the airlines. User's recommendation: Do not use.
