To whom it may concern, My name is Phil Rivera and i applied for Unemployment in October 5th 2020 and i didn't hear anything for 3 months until i called and got ahold of someone Finally i did talk to someone And they told me i owed $1.200 in back pay and i said ok, So i was making arrangements to pay, and I received papers in the mail and the papers stated that I i needed to fax papers to them for proof of who i was. And they were asking for other documents. So i faxed them on December 5th 2020 and i haven't heard anything back since then. So i thought they were just backed up. So i waited until August first 2021 and they locked my account for a week so i got ahold of them at the office and they said my account was locked because they needed proof of my id and social so i faxed them in and i waited another 8 days. And today is August 31st and my account is still on lock. Iv waited a year and 2 months and my wife has been diogionsed with a rare cancer and we have been without of everything and almost homeless. please help me .
