I ordered last night through online McDelivery then a few minutes after I send my order someone from McDo called me and ask where is the nearest branch in my area and told him the nearest branch and that's 7 pm. 8:30 pm I called the customer service to follow up my order and the guy said he will make a follow up cause there's a little problem in my area and someone will call me for an update. Then 9 pm I called again your customer service and I was transferred in McDelivery department and told the same thing. I can not cancel it because it was paid online and i'm starving. They told that they are looking for the nearest branch. Like Wtf?? you asked me already like 2hrs ago and told the same agent an hour ago and then you are still looking?? Nova bayan is just 15 minutes away from me. What the *** are you saying?? I've been on the line for about 40mins mins. I just got my order at 11 pm. I haven't rage they will not process my order User's recommendation: never order online and pay online.
