Waited 1hr calling customer service finally gave up

Bought a LG Dishwasher from Lowes Less than 2 yrs ago have had 4 service calls I bought a service policy Because I was having so many issues The control panel would not lock The control panel has been reprogrammed three times I had to restart it today 3 times The LG rep was on the line when it stopped. Im tired of having to call and wait for someone to come and fix it I feel Im stuck with a Bad Dishwasher And would like a replacement User's recommendation: Get a GE my old one lasted 15 yrs.
