We bought a refrigerator in 2017 theyve been out multiple times to fix the ice maker and each time said it was our fault we were leaving the doors open to long finally gave up and just buy bagged ice !! Now the same refrigerator is freezing everything in the refrigerator and I have to wait 48 to 72 hours just for them to schedule an appliance tech because they have none in our area how long after that to get the appointment I have no idea !!!
