I took my real estate test through PSI. PSI never sent my results to the DOL causing me to not get my license for months. I would call and sit on hold for hours a day. PSI should lose ALL state contracts as well as go out of business. They are not ready for prime time. I was only able to get my results sent to me after posting a comment to the LinkedIn page of the CEO. For PSI to mess with the livelihoods of so many during a pandemic is unforgivable. There are people homeless and hungry, because of PSI's inability to test, get test results and do anything else beyond exist.
