W2 Inaccessible

I can't access my W2 and the link for getting into my old account isn't working. I can't get into the account or reset anything. I can't reach a real person to talk to and the number on the how to get your W2 does not get me to a real person. So please do not send me the 866-473-**** number. I need my W2 and I need it sent to me now!
