Its' been over a month since IL opened after Covid and yet your store still requires customers to take everything home to try on. It's ridiculous at this point. You've closed so many stores and those that are still open are not pleasant to visit. What has happened to your customer service????????? Wth User's recommendation: Horrible location compared to stores that used to be at Old Orchard and in Vernon Hills.
