After being a member of Charter fitness along with all my family members for several years I noticed their attitude changing towards me. They dont like people using the club as they lose money on regulars. The whole business model is to sign people up and hope they dont come, 80% dont come back after the first month. Mid level club management changed and they were ignorant to the regulars. I think they wanted us gone so they could increase profit User's recommendation: Be Cautious with Charter fitness. They will harass you when they see you are using the facilities a lit.
