I went into the store on 1/9/19, to waste time while I was waiting on someone. Just had my eyes exam from my doctor, so the CS lady said she could give me a good deal since I'm with lenscrafters, been with them for over 10+years. I called them today to see was my glasses ready at 9:30 am on 1/21/19. They said no. 17 min later they called me and said my len was broken so it will be another week. This is unbelievable, no sorry for the inconvenience, they did not even offer me more of a saving since I'm paying out of pocket. The cost was more but the CS Laise was so nice i decided to give it a try. I have never had to wait 3 weeks for glasses. Lenscrafters 5 to 7 days. I will never come back again, this is the worst and I'm a diabetic and I need new glasses every year.
