Visa Debit Card

I received a $20 Visa debit card rebate for service done at Baierl Cadillac in Wexford, PA . I activated my card that I received about a month ago and when I checked the balance today it is saying $0.00. The card does not expire until 09/2021. This is complete fraud and when I checked the MyPrepaidCenter.com website, I saw a ton of complaints similar to mine. How do they get away with this? Ann K
