Vifp number

I booked a cruise in Feb 2021 for February 2022 on the Mardi Gras ship . But i didn't have my old Vip numbers so i got a new one . I recently found my old number and wantec to see if its possible to change the number back to my old one so i can get the benefits still ? My old number is 933372**** and new one is 901291****
