Bought a 2014 durango. The day off the touch screen would not come on. The salesman witnessed this and recommended the shop.Several trips to the shop they kept telling me they were waiting on a certain update until my warranty expired then it became a "short" and radio needed replaced. I declined because they obviously had been lying to me the whole time. Also, air conditioner stopped working took it to victory they said compressor needed replaced at cost of $1600.00 I took it to a local shop and they diagnosed saddle valve cost me only $100.
