Reached out to customer service via phone and never got connected. Reached out via email got a response and provided additional feedback they requested. Nobody has tried to resolve the issue since it's been 4 business days since the last communication. Next step is to report to BBB as well as never recommend again. Looks like CI just got a new customer.
