Monitronics called me several times saying I have a contract with them for an alarm system. I NEVER applied for any alarm at any company. I do not own a home alarm. I do not know how Moni got my information. I requested a copy of their contract to see what was written on it. The contract sent to me was an e-DocuSign online from some else email not mines, the address used was a vacant house, the bank account wasnt mine and the signature wasnt mine. But this company continue to harass me about a bill I NEVER had with them. I have proved this account with Moni is FRAUD and to this day Monitronics continue to tell me its my account and IT IS NOT MINE. This company is horrible they do Not investigate anything so dont waste your time waiting. Monitronics continues to forward this FRAUD ACCOUNT to collection agencies and still I proved its fraud. User's recommendation: Don’t buy.
