During booking process you are bombarded with messages like: "Only 2.30 minutes left!" "Don't miss out on this amazing concert!" etc. so that you can hardly focus on your credit card numbers. Then when you click 'confirm' they hit you with a £20 booking fee on top of the ticket price.
