We agreed to pay a $5 amount for a phone service on 28 July 2021. We are now being billed a monthly subscription of $42 Australian per month for a subscription we did not agree to. Since 28 July we have also been receiving many more scam emails. I have had to cancel my VISA card to stop more payments being deducted. I seek repayment of the amount of $42 improperly charged to my VISA card on 9 August 2021.
