Very Worst Service and Never keep enough spares in Stock and always delay the service

Our car Honda City, bought already in 4 years. We all the while bought car from one of your dealer in Johor Bahru this address, 1, Jalan Bunga Cempaka, Kampung Dato Sulaiman Menteri, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia But there service is very worst then other place. We never try other place until now last 4 years we follow as per HONDA service procedure. But all the while any spares or parts we would like to replace or change we request them never do it properly. All ways said don't have spare or need wait one month like that. Similar case today [protected] morning 8am we have appointment for car service in Driver sliding door glass not working and break having problem and break all corrode and age gone already we ask them to replace break shoes or whatever but their reply don't have spare need to wait some more one month how come like that basic spares and parts don't have ? Whenever go and request need to replace spares always reply don't have spares? Even our brake condition very bad need replace spares their reply is need to some more one month waiting and also our driver side sliding glass not working need to check the wiring and replace the switch box of driver side one but their replay don't have spare and need to wait some more one month need to wait so how to this kind of very stock control and customer service ? We all the while follow as per Honda recommended service procedure we still have under warranty this spare all or even I ready pay all the spares but they simply replay don't have spare and delay the service. How to ride the car with my family like that situation why they are provide very stupid service ? Why HONDA not improve like that your service people/agent? I really very bad experience in this service agent?
