Very very very poor service

We purchased pure it on 29 august, 2009 but my pure it is not working properly, and i complaned in pure it head office many times, and also sent mails in pureit email id but no body is come till today and no response. So please solve our problem as soon as possible. . I shall be highly oblied to u. My customer id is [protected].
