Very upset with my service tonight

There was one person a head of me I ordered. And I waited there for 20 to half a hour. About 15 people or came in after me got what they ordered and left.this is by no means good business. The store I went to was in Charlotte Michigan. This is not the first time either. Would like a response please. My name is wanda bergman and my phone number is 517-528-****.
