Very Upset Consumer

2

I am 64 years old and disabled. I purchased $600 in Steam Cards at the Walmart-Dogwood Drive-Conyers, GA for gifts 2 cards had $200 each and the other 2 $100 each. None of the codes on the back are any good or not activated even though receipts say they are. Been back to Walmart twice with cards and receipts and they will not do anything about it and said your company has the money I paid; that you receive it electronically when the cards are purchased. I want a refund or somebody to do something to make these cards worth having. This Walmart has a problem selling used codes or not activating cards properly the lady in customer service said. They have had other people come back besides me. They have no compassion or sympathy for the unhappy buyer. User's recommendation: Be careful buying gift cards at Dogwood Drive Walmart-Conyers plus it would behoove your business to have phone customer service.
