So i got this card for my teenage daughter and yestersay was the first time using it. there was a specific amount put on the card for a reason, and you guys took almost 20 in fees!! Charging a 10 fee just for monthlu service fee? Weve had this card for.months and never were charged a fee, but then when we put money on it because of emergency you take it?! I would like to re embursed for every penny of a fee. You didnt even give us the chance to see if we liked the card or not!! How can you do this? It wasnt like it was hundreds of dollars. It was literally for an emergency situation and i am sicl to my stomach
