I mean, really bad! When I ordered them I was specific about what I was ordering. I was told that the arrangement was very popular and it would be made as in the picture. I inquired about the vase. I wanted the specific vase in the picture. I offered to pay for it. I was assured it came with the arrangement. I then paid extra to upgrade to the next size arrangement. I did not get the vase promised or the upgrade paid for. I was extremely disappointed. When I responded to their email, customer service contacted me. I had to insist on a refund. They offered 15%. I finally got 25%. But, that didnt even pay for the service charge. I dont even understand what the service charge is for. Isnt the price of the arrangement for the flowers AND arranging them?
