                VERY UNHAPPY WITH VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALWAYS PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNT/BILL.

A LOT has happened, I HATE VERIZON and am about to cancel both lines of service I currently have. It is always something and it never gets taken care of. I CANNOT ever get anybody on the phone to help me. ALWAYS have to use chat and they never understand anything I am saying about the issues I am having. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE VERIZON WIRELESS.
