I tried for days to reach a decision maker that would listen to my complaint and, hopefully, authorize a significant discount on the purchase of a new audio video receiver to replace mine that could not be repaired after only 4.5 years because the part needed would never be available again. I gave up in utter frustration and purchased a Yamaha AVR. My first Denon receiver lasted 21 years. Denon will never again see the inside of my wallet. User's recommendation: Do not buy Denon products.
