Very unhappy customer – this issue has not been resolved

I purchased a few pounds of roasted seame sticks from the earth fare store in conccord and found Worms in the seame, I called and spoke with the Manager and she apologized and ask me to come to the store for a full refund and she said speak s with any manager and they will be able to help me. Well, when I arrived at the to speak with a manager I was treated very RUDELY as if I had stolen something!! The manager REFUSED to give me a refund. . HORRIBLE service. I will not be buying anything from this store, they have terrible customer service and I will calling the corporate office about this as well.
