If you have to endure MyCommerce to purchase a product and are tax exempt, I have sympathy for you. Tax Exemption is the most cumbersome experience ever with this store front. I would boycott any vendor who uses this processing fiasco if I could. Make sure you have a fax machine available to submit the cert. UGH. I had to waste hours of my time, over more than a week, to get a refund under $2. Who ever heard of having to submit a certificate for each purchase, wait a day for someone to respond and provide some special code so that a purchase can be ordered - over the phone, simply because online format cannot process without charging the tax. MyCommerce - Digital River: pay of your vendors to write the code to make this right. Oh wait, I guess you'd have to respect the buyers' time first.
