Very rude store management and all I wanted was more store credit I was promised

Hey i went to the store on 13 and vandyke warren, Mi last Friday and they burnt my food real bad I also still have my receipt..so once I got to work and realized my food was burnt I called back and the lady told me I can have my $45 credit back for my food so now today when I try to use my credit the manager cussed me out and told me she dont see any credit and didnt care to look at my receipt
