I had to contact my property manager - her name is Trishann and she is located in the local Phoenix office - to try to find a solution to an issue regarding the completion of a maintenance request today. I was unable to make contact with her so I left a nice detailed message on her voice mail no later than 11:00 am. She finally returned my call no sooner than 3:00 pm today. Her tone was extremely rude, she talked over me, she refused to listen to what I was saying, and was completely unbending in adjusting 'her' solution. I, unfortunately, have referred several families to IH to rent homes through my work. I will NO LONGER do this. Between the annual absurd rent increases and their rude property manager, we are moving and NEVER renting an IH property again!
