We tried to print out boarding passes 24 hours before departure to no avail after contacting cheap o was told everything looked good to them called airlines to find out there was no flight for what ever reason they said another airline would honor the ticket called back several times to cheap o to see what happened and they said we were still on a 7:48am flight which if we believed them we would have missed...went to airport at 3:30am after talking to airlines they said they could get us on a 6:00am to our destination after several problems finally got our tickets at 5:40am for a 6:00am departure, not even going to mention how we missed a full day of vacation on the return...originally had a non stop but finally had to settle for a one stop never never again would I book thru cheap o very rude people with no idea of what they are doing
