Very Poor Service from SBI

The marketing executive told me about the sbi octane card but SBI gave me BPCL card, so I didn't activate that card, since that day I'm contacting to sbi customer care, nodel officers and even local authorities but this people are rude and not resolving my issue. User's recommendation: Don't buy sbi cards, mostly because very poor service.
